  • Brandtikz will Notify you when our systems are low on your stock to Keep inventory levels Up to date.

  • Notifying Brandtikz of low or out-of-stock items On Your End

  • Replenishing stock when requested to avoid delays in customer orders


4. ๐Ÿšš Shipping Stock to Brandtikz

  • You are responsible for shipping your products to our facility using tracked delivery

  • Brandtikz does not pay for inbound shipping unless otherwise arranged.

  • If reimbursement is approved, include the shipping cost + proof of purchase on your invoice.


5. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Pricing & Payments

  • A MSRP price is calculated from the market value of your products, use this formula to calculate your MSRP prices to see if this model will suit your business. (See MSRP Formular below)

  • Brandtikz retains a commission (as agreed in your membership plan) from each sale

  • Payouts are made on a monthly basis to your nominated account, minus applicable fees

  • Invoices must be submitted on time for prompt processing

  • You add a 30% markup to the vendor’s base cost

  • But you cap it at the known Market Price, so it's never overpriced

  • Vendor Cost = $80

  • Market Price = $120

MSRP = min ( 80 x 1.3, 120) = min (104, 120) = $104


๐Ÿ“Š Example 2:

  • Vendor Cost = $100

  • Market Price = $125

MSRP = min (100x1.3, 125) = min(130, 125) = $125

It caps at $125, so it doesn't go over the known market value.

๐Ÿ”น You Ship It — We Store, Pack & Ship for You

As part of your Brandtikz subscription, we handle all customer packing, shipping, and logistics.
However, the cost of sending your stock to our facility is your responsibility.


๐Ÿšš Who Covers the Shipping to Brandtikz?

  • You (the vendor) are responsible for shipping your inventory to our warehouse or storage site.

  • We do not cover upfront freight, courier, or delivery fees for inbound stock.


๐Ÿ’ธ Want to Be Reimbursed?

Yes — we can reimburse you for shipping if:

  1. You add the shipping amount to your monthly invoice

  2. You provide proof of purchase (courier receipt, freight invoice, or email confirmation)

Once submitted, we’ll review and process the reimbursement in your next payment cycle.


โœ… Requirements for Reimbursement

To qualify:

  • Shipping must be directly related to Brandtikz stock delivery

  • You must use tracked shipping to ensure inventory is received safely

  • Proof of purchase must include:

    • Date

    • Courier/freight company

    • Total shipping amount

    • Tracking number (if available)
